Access to this website is free of charge and requires no registration: browsing it is enough. By browsing, you accept these terms as published at that time.
Its content is for information: it describes the studio’s work, the buildings completed and how a building is managed. Technical or legal advice and any binding offer are formalised in a professional engagement, which begins when the contract is signed.
The assistant on this website is an automated artificial intelligence system. Its answers are indicative and may contain errors; decisions about each project are checked with the PSBMG team.
PSBMG keeps the information up to date and may change, reorganise or withdraw it at any time. The website runs on servers contracted by PSBMG and is delivered through Cloudflare; like any online service, it may have occasional interruptions.
Anyone using this website undertakes to do so in good faith and in line with the law. The following uses fall outside that scope:
- purposes contrary to the law, to public order or to the rights of third parties;
- any action that alters, damages or overloads its operation or that of the networks that serve it;
- the systematic, automated extraction of its content and its reproduction on another site as if it were one’s own.

Intellectual property of texts and photographs
