Who handles the data and for what purpose
The controller is PUJADO SOLER SLPU (PSBMG), with the contact details given in the legal notice. The data handled are name, email address, telephone number and whatever the person says about their commission, for these purposes: answering the enquiry, passing it on to the team when the person asks, and, if it leads to a project, managing the professional relationship. The legal basis is the consent of the person writing and, where there is a commission, the performance of the contract or of the pre-contractual steps requested.
The assistant on this website
When talking to the assistant, the text of the messages, a session identifier and the page or project from which the message is written are handled. The assistant runs on PSBMG’s servers, which keep the conversation to give continuity to the enquiry and pass it on to the team when the person asks. It is best to share only the information needed for the enquiry.
Retention periods
Data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by tax law and by the liability of building professionals. Enquiries that do not lead to a commission, including assistant conversations, are deleted once they are no longer needed to answer them.
Providers
Data is shared with third parties only where a law requires it. The providers needed to deliver the service act as data processors: Hetzner Online (hosting of the website and of the assistant), Cloudflare (delivery and security of the website), and the email, internal task-management and language-model providers that PSBMG uses to answer enquiries. All of them process data on PSBMG’s instructions. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
To exercise them, write to [email protected] with the subject “Data protection”, stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of a document that proves your identity. Requests are answered within one month of receipt.
If you believe your request has not been handled as it should be, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es), the competent supervisory authority.
