Building on Fabra i Puig
A block of eight flats on Rambla de Fabra i Puig, in Sant Andreu, with commercial premises on the ground floor and parking and storage rooms in the basement. On a gently sloping rectangular plot it rises to a ground floor plus four storeys, heated and cooled by aerothermal energy and a heat pump. The works ran from 2018 to 2019.
