A building of 12 flats between party walls on Carrer de la Indústria, in Camp de l’Arpa del Clot (Sant Martí), on Cerdà’s Eixample grid, completed in 2017. Above the ground floor rise a mezzanine, five floors of flats and the roof level, all in residential use.
