Office floor turned into two flats, Eixample

A whole office floor in a 1925 building on Carrer de Pau Claris, in the Eixample, became two flats with a new layout. The full refurbishment exposed the original floor slab in the living and dining room, replaced the windows with thermally broken double glazing and kept the coloured glass mosaics of the courtyard windows.
