A new-build multi-family block on Carrer de les Monges, in Sant Adrià de Besòs, with six flats: four of around 60 m², a 115 m² ground-floor flat and a 118 m² flat on the top floor. Work began in June 2018 and finished in December 2019, at a time of rapid growth in the area.
